Former Chief Superintendent Parm Sandhu claims there is a 'core' of Met officers who are racist and in positions of power. The Metropolitan Police say they 'have made no admissions of liability' in respect to the allegations made in the book Former Chief Superintendent Parm Sandhu has written.
